ARS Buys Florida Home Air Conditioning

American Residential Services, L.L.C. (ARS), a privately held, nationwide provider of HVAC services, has purchased Florida Home Air Conditioning Company, Jacksonville, FL, as part of its strategy for continued growth through acquisitions.
“Joining the ARS family gives us the opportunity to grow the company and add depth to our services,” says Bryan Craun, former owner, and now general manager of Florida Home Air Conditioning Company. “Our customers will continue to receive the same high-quality service that we have always provided, but now we can further elevate their experience with the support and resources of a national company,” Craun says.
Florida Home Air Conditioning Company has provided air conditioning and heating services in Florida since 1993. Offices are located in Jacksonville, Orange Park, the beaches and St. Augustine. Craun and his staff will remain with the company, and it will continue to operate as the Florida Home Air Conditioning Company with a focus on heating and air conditioning services.
