Emcor's Shelton Named Chairman of CSA

Michael W. Shelton, vice president/general manager for Government and Institutional Services of EMCOR FAcilities Services, has been named chairman of the executive committee of the Contract Services Association, a leading industry advocacy organization for government services providers.
