• Four at KAI Earn LEED Certification

    KAI Design & Build is congratulating four of its employees for recently passing the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Registration Exam.

    KAI Design & Build, St. Louis, MO, is congratulating four of its employees for recently passing the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Registration Exam:

    · Adam Lega, BIM Coordinator, of Ellisville, MO
    · Nathan Rauh, AIA, of Mehlville, MO
    · Mark Ippoliti, PE, of Belleville, IL
    · Mike Nolte, PE, of Edwardsville, IL

    Lega, Rauh, Ippoliti and Nolte have each demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System to become a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED® AP). This accrediation distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED certification process. More than 43,000 people have earned the credential since the Professional Accreditation program was launched in 2001.

    KAI Design & Build is pursuing LEED accrediation for its entire technical staff. To date, KAI has nine LEED Accredited Professionals on staff.
