    The Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) announced the results of officer and director elections at the General Membership Meeting on September 26, 2007 in St. Louis, MO. Peter Grinbergs of Nutech Brands, Inc., London, Ontario was elected to serve a two-year term as HVI chairman of the board. Jim Boldt of Broan-NuTone, LLC, Hartford, WI was elected as vice chairman/treasurer. John Fox of Air King Ventilation Products, West Chester, PA was elected to serve as secretary.
    Ola Wettergren of Fantech, Inc., Sarasota, FL now serves as immediate past chairman.
    Directors elected to one-year terms include Don Stevens of Panasonic,Keyport, WA, John Harper of JDH Consultants, LLC / Ortech Distributors, Hamilton, OH, Daniel Forest of Venmar Ventilation, Inc., Drummondville, Quebec, and Russell Pope of Soler Palau USA, Jacksonville, FL.
    The Home Ventilating Institute (HVI), founded in 1955, is a nonprofit association of the
    manufacturers of home ventilating products. Through a Certified Ratings Program, HVI provides a voluntary means for residential ventilation manufacturers to report comparable and creditable product performance information based upon uniformly applied testing standards and procedures performed by independent laboratories.
