Elizabeth S. Hubbard, president and CEO of Effikal International Inc. has been elected to serve as director-at-large to serve on the board of directors of the Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association (GAMA). She was also appointed by the board to be on the nine-member executive committee.
Hubbard in these roles, Hubbard will involved in overall governance of the association to ensure that it successfully fulfills its purpose over the long-term, oversight of the conduct of GAMA’s business to evaluate whether it is being properly managed, and review and approval of GAMA’s budget plans, asset management and financial performance.
In addition, Hubbard serves on the GAMA Government Affairs Core Group. This group is responsible for establishing and recommending priorities for GAMA government affairs activities.
