The National Oil Heat Research Alliance (NORA) recently approved a new course entitled “Exceptional HVAC Customer Service” for NORA accreditation.
The one-hour course presented by Steve Coscia is approved for one CEU.
Steve Coscia, author of "The HVAC Customer Service Handbook," created this course for HVAC chapter meetings so that HVAC professionals can both earn NORA CEUs and improve their customer service skills.
The course outlines the possibilities that open up for HVAC contractors when proactive customer service practices are deployed at all levels of an organization.
Steve’s "Exceptional HVAC Customer Service" presentations are targeting Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware HVAC associations.
