Online-Access, Inc. is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of International Service Leadership, Inc., (ISL) ,a leading organization dedicated to providing marketing, sales, and business and technical training to independent residential HVAC contractors throughout North America. The organization was purchased from Service Experts, Inc., a subsidiary of Lennox Industries.

David Squires, president of Online-Access, Inc. in Port Huron, MI has partnered the acquisition of ISL with Bob Wilkins of Wilkins Mechanical Services in Bedford, NH, and Milton Baum of KEIL Heating and Air Conditioning in Riverdale, NJ.

All successful contractors, the trio bring years of technical, sales, and marketing expertise to the job. Wilkins managed his HVAC company to growth of 65% last year; Baum's firm was recently named 2005 Contractor of the Year by Contracting Business magazine; and Squire's company provides HVAC websites, marketing strategies, and products to contractors across the country. In their new roles, Baum will serve as president, Squires will serve as vice president of technology, and Wilkins will serve as vice president of operations.

According to Baum, ISL will remain totally focused on the independent residential HVAC contractor. The association's training and preferred vendor programs will also remain in place. "ISL will continue to provide new and unique sales and marketing programs, sales, business and technical training, and three business planning meetings per year. Through the expertise of Online-Access, members will benefit from new technological and communication abilities, as well," he says.

For its technical training, ISL has contracted with the newly formed HVAC Learning Solutions. Members will continue to be able to utilize the Connections automated training and registration system, and all ISL member training history remains intact.

The association, which currently has 160 members, will remain headquartered in Brentwood, TN. ISL's next conference is expected to take place at the end of April. For more information contact Milton Baum at 973/492-0096 or e-mail [email protected].
