New branding: 'Controls Done Right'

Jackson Systems, LLC celebrated its 15th anniversary on January 2, 2012.

Founded in 1997 by the father-son team of Ron and Tom Jackson, the Indianapolis, IN-based Jackson Systems has a unique business model as a leader in direct-to-contractor sales of HVAC control products. Inventor Ron Jackson holds 10 U.S. patents, and has developed many products under the Jackson Systems brand, which have won 21 award, including a Contracting Business.com Comfortech Product Showcase Award.

Being true to their direct-to-contractor model, they are also a major distributor of other leading control brands.

“For 15 years, Jackson Systems has had a simple mission; provide the best quality and most contractor-friendly control products and service in the industry. And while we have grown from working out of our garage to having nearly 40 employees, our commitment to the HVAC contractor has not changed. As we embark on our next 15 years, our passion and commitment to our clients is stronger than ever,” says Tom Jackson.

After 53 years in the controls business, Ron is still going strong.

“I'm extremely fortunate to have Tom and my wife Bette as partners for the last 15 years, helping make Jackson Systems successful,” he says.

To kick off 2012, Jackson Systems will be introducing their new logo in January. Already one of the fastest growing companies in the Midwest, this rebranding will launch them into the new phase of Jackson Systems’ growth. The new “Controls Done Right” tagline encompasses the company's products and what it believes to be superior service, evidenced by its contractor-friendly products, direct sales, same-day shipping, and real time support from their product experts.

Ron Jackson says his focus is on helping HVAC contractors. “I love developing new products and solving problems for the contractors,” he says. As a result, 2012 will bring the launch of many new Jackson Systems products, as well as two new profit-making programs for contractors to offer their customers; FilterFetch is the easiest way for contractors to grow their replacement air filter business, and FiresideFriend enables contractors to offer fireplace remote control products and service agreements to their customers.
