    Jim Stack of Stack Plumbing, Inc., Kirkland, WA has been elected vice president of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC).

    Jim Stack of Stack Plumbing, Inc., Kirkland, WA has been elected vice president of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC).

    Stack's involvement on the national level began with attendance at one PHCC Leadership Conference and continued year after year since then. In 1995-1998 he was elected zone director for the national PHCC board of directors, representing the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. After a three-year sabbatical, he was asked to resume that position in 2002-2003.

    Stack also has been on the board of directors for the PHCC of Washington and the local association since 1987. He has held almost every leadership position, including president of his state and local chapters. He also has chaired various PHCC committees.

    Stack has been actively working in the industry for 30 years. He has owned and operated a small family plumbing business since 1983.
