    Lennox, Dallas, TX, received the "Partners of Choice" Award from David Weekley Homes, the nation's third largest privately held home builder. The award was based on exceptional customer service.
    Lennox received an "A” in service. Of 150 companies surveyed, only 18 were recognized.

    The award criteria and selection are based on the National Trading Partners Survey, a quarterly review of approximately 150 suppliers rated annually by approximately 1,000 team members of David Weekley Homes. Suppliers are rated based on quality and service. Each suppliers' numeric scores are averaged, and an alpha rating is assigned relative to its ranking with David Weekley's other national trading partners. Alpha ratings range from A to F in 20% increments.
