Money Masters Seminar Scheduled for Memphis, April 7-8

The next Nexstar Money Masters™ seminar will be held April 7-8 in Memphis, TN, and will explore the fundamentals of running a service business, from owners who have done it. Attendees to the event will also have an opportunity to explore a successful shop in action, that of Conway Services.
At the live case study of Conway Services, contractors will have an opportunity to see how this shop operates at an 18% net profit in their replacement department, while managing 100% growth in the company over the last two years. You will also see how this company has successfully implemented a service agreement program that has gone from zero to 700 in two years. This single element has had a tremendous impact on customer retention, loyalty and customer referrals. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and question the owners, technicians, staff and managers of this company.
The Money Masters event is intended for independent electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing business owners who want to better understand the business side of running an HVAC business.
Nexstar says the seminar/company tour format helps owners better understand how and why good business systems lead to happier employees, customers and healthier profits.
