The company will implement the Quotemaster and TechAnywhere components of SAM Pro Enterprise, but its primary reasons for selecting the SAM Pro software was Data-Basics' Rules-Based Management(TM) (RBM) technology. RBM proactively manages routine activities and enforces rules that have been predetermined by the customer to engage a series of alarms for action.
According to Nissen, "The fact that we could manage based on things that haven't happened yet was one of the biggest selling points. It actually had self-automated management built in."
