UltraViolet Devices, Inc. Chairman and CEO Tom Veloz died unexpectedly on September 13. The former owner of Aquafine Corporation, Mr. Veloz founded UltraViolet Devices, Inc.in 1992.
UltraViolet Devices, Inc., Valencia, CA, is a high volume manufacturer and supplier of UV and filtration products for air and water treatment.
In addition to his many successes in the business community, Mr. Veloz was a noted philanthropist who supported the SCV Boys and Girls Club, Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, College of the Canyons, American Red Cross, and United Way, and was the founding father of the Sheila R. Veloz Breast Imaging Center.
The family, community and the company mourn his loss and will miss his friendship, guidance and leadership.
