WennSoft Synergy Conference Features Seminars, Networking, Product News

WennSoft, New Berlin, WI, welcomed a record attendance of nearly 160 customers and partners to its fifth annual customer conference, Synergy 2007, April 23-27, in Milwaukee. Attendees were encouraged to “Discover, Collaborate, Accelerate” in a series of seminars and networking sessions that drew attendees from 26 states and four nations.
The week began with two days of bonus training designed to assist customers in utilizing their WennSoft solutions to full benefit. Following was the three-day heart of Synergy 2007, featuring sessions targeted to specific WennSoft products, presentations from Microsoft and other event sponsors, and a series of social networking events bringing customers together. More than half the customers took advantage of the event’s Milwaukee location, the hometown of WennSoft, to conduct one-on-one meetings with specific staff members, including programmers, developers and executives.
WennSoft reports attendance was up by more than 30% over last year's event.
Synergy 2007 attendees learned about new features to be included in the next version of WennSoft 10.0, scheduled to debut in fall 2007.
Other sessions included WennSoft integration with CRM, WennSoft Mobility Solutions, Project Management Portal and individual prioritization sessions that allowed customers to provide input on future generations of WennSoft products and more.
Attendees toured the "Microsoft Across America" truck, where they saw demonstrations of the latest innovations from the Microsoft family.
Lynne Stockstad, general manager, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL and Point of Sale, spoke to attendees about the continuing evolution of Microsoft products, and the role WennSoft plays in incorporating Microsoft technology to assist customers building their businesses around the world.
Synergy 2008 will be held April 28 – May 2, 2008 in Milwaukee, WI.
