YORK International’s Unitary Products Group (UPG) will sponsor a training program on service agreements for up to 200 HVAC contractors on September 10 at the Wyndham-Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Coinciding with the beginning of ComforTech 2003, YORK Business Day offers contractors the opportunity to arrive a day early for ComforTech and take advantage of this latest offering from YORK’s Business Training University (BTU). Participating distributors are YORK customers in the southwest region.
The daylong training program – featuring nationally recognized experts in HVAC contracting -- is free to participants. HVAC contractors who are interested in attending the program should get in touch with their nearest YORK distributor or call YORK (405-419-6551) for more information.
Participants in the program may attend four, two-hour sessions beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m. Topics for the sessions include how to set up and optimize a service agreement business, how to generate leads to support it, how to ensure customer service and support, and how to recruit technicians and staff for a service-agreement business.
