Real Time Reviews Updates App to Include 'Employee Tagging', and Extended Enterprise Capabilities

Updates to this app include the ability to know how many customer reviews employees receive, at multiple locations.

Real Time Reviews, a leading online review and reputation management solution provider, has launched an update to its app. The update features ‘employee tagging’ — the ability to track how well employees secure reviews from customers — and is capable of supporting enterprise businesses across multiple locations.

Real Time Reviews is a revolutionary online reputation management software platform helping businesses in the home services, automotive, healthcare and other consumer-facing industries. The platform allows businesses to receive authentic reviews from customers. Online reviews are important to consumer-facing businesses and help attract new customers and create loyalty with existing customers.

“At the end of the day, business owners need to know which employees are helping to build the company’s brand and helping to protect its reputation by obtaining positive online reviews,” said Matt Benton, CEO of Real Time Reviews. “Employee tagging is a game changer. It allows you to track and measure the performance of each employee, build your company’s brand, and it motivates your employees to get more reviews. For businesses with multiple locations, our update also makes it easier to manage reviews in one convenient dashboard.”

The update to the Real Time Reviews app offers several benefits:

  • Know how many reviews employees receive – Now managers and business owners can tag specific employees and measure how many reviews they are getting compared to how many jobs they complete. This will allow owners to identify high performing employees for recognition or incentivize with cash awards, and they can better train others on how to get reviews.
  • Monitor reviews at multiple locations – Now enterprise businesses – companies with multiple locations – can use one review tool to manage all of their online reviews. They can see reviews performance on one convenient dashboard. This makes tracking of customer service and satisfaction easier for business owners and CEOs.

“We believe in the power of our reviews app so much that we don’t require a contract to use our platform,” Benton said. “This new update will make it easier for business owners to incentivize employees to perform, and they can measure their hard-earned success when it comes to online reviews.”

Matt Benton spoke with Contracting Business to explain the history and rationale behind this innovation. He said his 10 years of experience in the home services industry has helped him realize the great value contractors place on obtaining as much information as possible to run their companies and build their home service brands.

With Real Time Reviews updated app, employees can know how many reviews employees receive, from multiple locations.

“The disconnect I found was that owners were not sure if employees were actually asking for reviews,” Benton said. “This update is a great way for an administrator, owner or manager to log into a simple to use dashboard, and see, if in fact, their employees are asking for reviews, did they send the request, and did the client open the request and leave a review?”

It’s very true that busy technicians will sometimes limit their time talking with customers, because they must get to the next service call. So it’s good that this app makes it simple to get a review. The technician merely asks the customer to text a review if they are happy with the service.

Matt and Taylor Benton are taking the Real Time Reviews story across the nation.

The customer texts the review, which then appears on Google, Home Advisor or Facebook. Benton said there is a 43% success rate in reviews sent by customers, across all home services that are using the Real Time Reviews app.
Seeing the reviews in real time helps the owner see which technicians are building the brand through reviews.

The Real Time Reviews app is available to any of the home service trades.

Benton said he built Trenchless Marketing — the sister company to Real Time Reviews — as a solution for contractors seeking good reviews from customers, especially “millennial” customers who are more in sync with using apps and have an affinity to online reviews.

“Millennials will only select businesses in the home service sector that have the right amount of Google ‘stars,’ he said.

Another feature: the Real Time Reviews app is dynamic, and contractors can build, adjust and manage campaigns month-to-month.

Benton is supported in his marketing initiatives by his wife Taylor, who joins him as they speak to contractors across the U.S. about the features and benefits of Real Time Reviews.

“We developed Real Time Reviews for contractors nationwide, so they can have a real-time solution in the field when asking for a review. “As I conducted my market research, time and time again, they said they never had a tool that would allow them to get a review in real time. Now they do. Now they can get a review before they back out of the customer’s driveway.

“I like to think we’ve developed a closed-loop system that will further grow contractors’ brands, to get the millennial business that is out there," he said.
