Donald M. Keefer, retired owner of McPherson Supply Co., Portland, OR, died in Escondido, CA, on Dec. 20, 2005, at the age of 91.
Keefer served as NHAW trustee, officer and president (1968-1969). Working as manager for McPherson Supply Co. for 13 years, he bought the business in 1961 and cultivated its success until his retirement in 1980.
He is survived by two sons and his wife, Skip, with whom he would spend the winter in San Diego, CA, and summers in the mountains of Oregon.
