    • Tuesday, April 22, 2014 - 8:00 am - 12:30 pm: Low-Temperature Secondary CO2 Installation, Startup, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.

      Second Nature CO2 secondary systems offer significant sustainability benefits when compared to conventional refrigeration technologies. Learn more about this system and the processes and steps required to properly install, setup, troubleshoot and maintain low-temperature secondary refrigeration systems. CO2 properties and handling procedures are discussed along with reading and interpreting specifications and the materials needed for installations. Piping guidelines and other CO2 installation concerns are described as well as steps for charging the systems and control strategy.

      This course covers CO2 DX systems and explains the installation, setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of CO2 DX systems. An overview of the technology will reveal the benefits of this system which provide some of the lowest refrigerant charge obtainable for supermarket refrigeration systems and how they improve customers’ sustainability efforts.

    • Wednesday, April 23, 2014 - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm: Medium-Temperature Secondary Glycol Installation, Startup, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.

      This course explains the processes and steps required to properly install, setup, troubleshoot and maintain medium temperature secondary refrigeration systems. Control strategy and system operation are detailed and specific maintenance and troubleshooting procedures are examined.

    • Thursday, April 24, 2014 - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm: CO2 Booster Systems.
