Dale Reeder is Rinnai's New VP of Customer Care

Rinnai America Corporation, manufacturer of a top-selling brand of tankless water heaters in North America, has announced that Dale Reeder will join the company as vice president of customer care. He has a solid background in improving customer satisfaction processes at various organizations.

“Dale brings a wealth of valuable experience. I’m confident in his ability to guide our team’s efforts in providing the first-class support that customers have come to expect from Rinnai,” said Takashi Sonoda, president of Rinnai America Corporation.
 
Prior to joining the Rinnai team, Reeder was senior vice president of field operations at Ryko Solutions, where he led sales and services organizations to deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and helped grow multiple areas of the business. Reeder also served as president and CEO at A&E Factory Services, LLC, where he provided operational leadership and had profit and loss responsibilities for a multi-million dollar joint venture. He has held similar positions at Maytag Corporation, where he worked for nearly two decades, Magic Chef Corporation and Phelps Dodge Cable and Wire Co. Reeder holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern Illinois University.
 

Rinnai America Corporation, a subsidiary of Rinnai Corporation in Nagoya, Japan, was established in 1974 and is headquartered in Peachtree City, Ga. Rinnai Corporation manufactures gas appliances including tankless water heaters, a wide range of kitchen appliances and heating and air conditioning units.
