Eemax Acquires EcoSmart; Will Collaborate on Tankless Products

Eemax, a leading manufacturer of commercial, industrial, and residential electric tankless water heaters, has acquired EcoSmart, a fast-growing consumer brand for residential electric tankless water heaters based in Miami, FL.

Sources report the two companies will collaborate toward a common goal of making tankless water heating technology the mainstream water heating method for homes. EcoSmart will contribute to Eemax’s continued growth by expanding its customer base as well as increasing the company’s product portfolio.
