UV Resources has upgraded its RLM Xtreme fixtureless ultraviolet (UV-C) lamp system to include a prewired 24-volt safety interlock switch that is designed to ensure operator safety by de-energizing the UV-C system
when an access door/panel is opened.
The system, which allows for multiple access doors to be interlocked, also helps speed up installation by roughly 50%. The RLM Xtreme delivers high-output ultraviolet energy to irradiate coils and destroy mold which helps to improve airflow, boost heat exchange efficiency and reduce maintenance needs by up to 25%.
