    ARLINGTON, Va -- At its May 1 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) elected Tim Kraus, president of

    ARLINGTON, Va -- At its May 1 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) elected Tim Kraus, president of Manitowoc Ice, and Daniel L. Ellis, president of ClimateMaster, to serve as directors-at-large on the ARI Board.

    The new directors-at-large were elected at the Board meeting to fill the remaining terms of Eric Evans, from Copeland Corp., and Daniel W. Holmes, Jr., from Morrison Products, Inc., who resigned as ARI directors-at-large.

    Kraus’ term as a director-at-large will expire in November 2005. Ellis’ term expires in November 2006.

    The Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute is the trade association representing manufacturers of more than 90 percent of North American produced central air-conditioning and commercial refrigeration equipment.
