    Your customers, whether they're homeowners or building owners/facility managers, define comfort in many ways. The key is to provide them what they need and the rest, as they say, will take care of itself.

    The concept of comfort, from a physical standpoint, is often defined as a lack of hardship. Hardship is often caused by indoor environments that are either too hot or too cold, too dry or too humid. In most of these scenarios, energy is often being wasted. Total comfort, then, is helping homeowners and building occupants to maintain consistent temperatures, clean air that’s properly humidified, and doing so at an affordable, environmentally sustainable cost.
