RSES, Baker Distributing Promote NATE at HVAC Comfortech 2009

    Sept. 11, 2009
Refresher course will help individuals prepare for the NATE exam

Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) and Baker Distributing Co. have joined forces in an effort to increase awareness and encourage North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification during HVAC Comfortech 2009.

To increase the number of technicians who are NATE certified, Baker Distributing Co. is offering a four-hour NATE refresher course and a NATE certification testing session during HVAC Comfortech 2009.

To help spread the word, RSES is announcing this availability and encourages anyone in the Nashville area to take advantage of this opportunity. Led by Tom Robertson from Baker, the refresher course will help individuals prepare for the exam and will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in room 102 of the Nashville Convention Center on Sept. 23, 2009.

RSES will provide a “NATE Test Prep Survival Kit” to refresher course attendees that will contain a bottle of water, a stress reliever, a snack, a highlighter, a coupon for 20% off RSES eLearning and a copy of the Safety for the HVACR Service Technician manual. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for an RSES eLearning Library giveaway.

Following the refresher course, Baker will host a NATE certification testing session at 1:00 p.m. in the same room. RSES will provide #2 sharpened pencils and classic calculators for the testing session.
