Westside Mechanical Group has opened a Chicago “flagship” office at 311 South Wacker, Suite 5350, Chicago, IL. The site houses full service construction, Design /Build and HVAC service for Westside Mechanical Group’s commercial and industrial divisions.
James F. Reiss, CEO, turned the key to the new location on January 20, 2014. Westside Mechanical Group has been a recognized leader in mechanical services in the Chicago area for 44 years. It has more than 350 employees, and annual revenues of $100 million.
As a full service mechanical contractor, Westside Mechanical Group’s abilities span a wide range of markets, industries, and mechanical systems.

Westside Mechanical Construction offers Design/Build construction services, innovative engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D capabilities, LEED building sustainability and energy conservation, and pipe and sheet metal prefabrication.
Its service division —Westside Mechanical Service — employs 60 service technicians who are now “paperless.” They use iPads and tablets for work orders and service calls.
