100 Million Copeland Scrolls and Counting
Emerson Climate Technologies, Inc. employees recently celebrated the manufacture of the 100 millionth Copeland Scroll compressor, when it rolled off the production line in Lebanon, MO.
Copeland Scroll compressors are installed across a wide range of applications including residential air conditioning systems, residential and commercial heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, commercial air conditioning units and chillers, and supermarket and foodservice refrigeration systems. Source Refrigeration & HVAC Completes All-Natural Project
Source Refrigeration & HVAC, Anaheim, CA, completed a major project in Carpenteria, CA, in what is now the first all-natural Albertson’s store in the Supervalu chain of supermarkets. The store’s refrigeration systems use carbon dioxide (CO2), ammonia, and propane.
“We selected Source because of their extensive experience in planning, phasing, installing, executing, and sustaining mission-critical refrigeration and HVAC systems. Source’s commitment to system optimization and energy efficiency is very much in line with SUPERVALU’s overall sustainability efforts,” says Richard Heath, director of energy innovations/projects for Supervalu.
