• If It’s Not Fun, It’s Not Working

Open space technology is a way to meet that doesn’t begin with a formal agenda. It begins with the people and what they’re passionate about. In an open space meeting, everyone is required to talk about the one thing that they believe will propel the company to higher heights.

Have you ever had an overwhelming problem facing your organization? Have you been looking for the solution on how to rapidly grow your business? Then I suggestion you try open space technology.

Open space technology is a way to meet that doesn’t begin with a formal agenda. It begins with the people and what they’re passionate about. In an open space meeting, everyone is required to talk about the one thing that they believe will propel the company to higher heights.

    The four principles are:
    1.    Whoever comes are the right people.
    2.    Whatever happens is the only thing that could.
    3.    Whenever it starts is the right time.
    4.    When it’s over, it’s over.

What really counts is that people truly listen to people truly speaking. You and your team must be prepared to be surprised. Remember if it isn’t fun, it isn’t working so have a great time. I have used this process successfully with teams over 40 times and it has not failed yet.
