Here, we ask you to lend an ear to Brian Fenske, specialty channel sales manager for Navien, a leader in condensing technology. He says the expanded use of advanced electronics and user-friendly applications are making Navien products better for contractors and consumers.
He adds that Navien's recent product development includes a commercial rack system, which is beneficial for emergency replacement needs.
His advice is to be aware of product development and new product introductions. "The industry is moving so fast today, that it takes a lot of attention to details, including understanding of additional training required for some products," he says.
