Following the planned departure of Mike Callahan, Don Schmitt has assumed the roles of president and COO at Excellence Alliance, Inc. (EAI). Schmitt has served as chairman of the board of EAI. since 2000 and as CEO since May 2002.
Jim Norris will continue to attend industry events for EAI, and will chair the alliance’s CAB (Contractors Advisory Board) and annual Leaders and Managers meetings.
Other management moves at EAI:
- Rich Ormrod, has joined EAI as executive vice president of sales and marketing
- Vicki Yorio, who is responsible for both Member Services and EAI Operations, has been promoted to executive vice president.
Matt Fuhr and Bob Newton remain as active members of the executive team in their roles of vice president of finance and vice president of strategic allies, respectively.
