KAI Assembles New Interior Design Team

The team has more than 60 years of combined experience from commercial, government and education projects to health care and housing.

St. Louis-based KAI Design & Build announces its new Interior Design Team, with more than 60 years of combined experience from commercial, government and education projects to health care and housing. The team works with clients to establish a trusting, working relationship while encouraging an atmosphere of client input and vision. Communication through each design phase ensures that the overall design meets the client's expectations.

Senior Interior Designer Terry Crotty of Dardenne Prairie, Mo. Crotty comes to KAI with more than 30 years of industry experience. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, Miss.

Crotty stresses the importance of an interior designer's involvement in projects from the beginning programming phase through to the final punch list at the completion of construction. She believes it is essential to look at all interior spaces three-dimensionally from the outset to achieve a cohesive design that really responds to a client’s vision.
