Trane Expert Serves on Infrastructure Panel at Healthcare Conference

Speakers will examine how to prioritize capital expenditures in consideration of aging infrastructure and population management.

Laura Rygielski-Preston, FACHE, vice president, strategy and development for Trane, will participate in a panel discussion to address best practices in balancing population management and aging facilities infrastructure improvements at the 2016 Congress on Leadership offered by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) from March 14-17 in Chicago. The discussion will be held on March 16.

Trane sources say that with the ever-changing environment to population management and the need for healthcare organizations to address aging infrastructure, healthcare leaders are seeking new tools

to make key capital decisions on their current facilities. Those decisions need to align to their missions and key objectives. Rygielski will join a panel of healthcare executives and consultants in a panel discussion featuring real-life lessons learned for successfully addressing both population management and aging infrastructure.

Speakers will examine how to prioritize capital expenditures in consideration of aging infrastructure and population management. They also will describe how to build a business impact analysis on facility upgrades that is aligned with an organization’s key performance indicators.
