Continuity Programs, Inc. (CPI), a marketing company in Walled Lake, MI, has developed a new customer follow-up system for the HVACR industry.

CPI, a long-time leader in customer follow-up programs for the mortgage and real estate industries, designed the “Connections” program to help HVAC/R dealers in four major areas of their business.
