Due to continued rapid escalations in raw material costs, Baltimore Aircoil Company has announced a price increase on all products produced in North America.

Aircoil Company has announced a price increase on all products produced in North America.
The price increase will be effective immediately and will average 5%. This price change
will be in addition to the price increase that the Company announced on February 2006.
