Bryant first sponsored an Indy driver in the 1958 race, when Indianapolis-based Bryant dealer, Eddie Johnson, became the company's first Indy 500 qualifier. Since then, Bryant has been a staple at the race for the checkered flag at the Brickyard and its logo has been featured on 50 cars. In 1996, Bryant upped its involvement in racing when it became a full-time sponsor of the IndyCar Series. Bryant looks forward to the 2007 season and doing "Whatever It Takes" to cheer Kanaan on.
Bryant says its sponsorship of IndyCar Series events provides it with the opportunity to reach out to new dealers who may be interested in Bryant products.. The company encourages dealers who are interested in attending the 91st Indianapolis 500 or one of the other stops on the IndyCar Series to contact their Bryant distributor.
