Grandy Associates’ Service Manager's University is a four-day program (two, 2-day sessions), that features instruction in ProfitMaxx software.
ProfitMaxx is a software system that Grandy Associates says can bring consistent profitability to an HVAC company’s service department.
Through the tech’s use of a simple timesheet, ProfitMaxx tracks every facet of the project, comparing one technician to another in areas such as billing, sales leads, and time. sales leads, ervice agreements sold, and more.
There are several key reports available as soon as the information is entered, including a Key Performance Indicators Report, Market Analysis Report, and the SuperTech 500 Bonus System.
