Once, sales great Tom Hopkins couldn’t sell a thing. Hopkins is one of the greatest salespeople of all time, yet during the first six months of his sales career, he couldn’t sell zip, zero, zilch.

He was going broke, sliding down the slope towards bankruptcy.

It all changed following a three day sales seminar with J. Douglas Edwards. Tom hadn’t heard of Edwards. He hadn’t even heard of sales training, but he knew that he better do something different so he invested his remaining meager savings in Edwards’ course.

Edwards taught Tom how to sell. He taught him tips he didn’t know. He improved his technique. When Hopkins left, he was fired up, more excited that ever, and motivated by more than fear. He was motivated by the confidence that comes from knowledge.

Tom Hopkins became a millionaire by age 27 and went on to set nearly every sales record that existed in real estate. And it all started with a three day sales course.

At the Service Roundtable, we want contractors to enjoy similar success. We want contractors to gain the knowledge needed to break the records. We want contractors to share ideas and business building tips with each other.

We want contractors to attend one of the Regional Roundtables in April.

Start at 9AM
Three out of four contractors report business is slow; One out of four is having a banner year! How does that happen? Joe Cunningham will provide proven, innovative strategies to provide you with the management skills, tools and techniques to create a profit building system in your company that will dramatically increase your bottom line profits, increase productivity and facilitate company management. The feedback from Service Roundtable members about Joe’s past seminars has been overwhelmingly positive. Many report a positive return on their seminar investment in the first week after applying the information Joe teaches.

Join your fellow contractors, Service Roundtable staff, sponsors, and our guest speaker for a couple hours of drinks, appetizers, and good conversation. Service Roundtable members are known for their innovations, and their willingness to share ideas and experiences. Bring questions and ideas. Meet, greet, and share.

Start at 9AM
A Very Brief Review from the Service Roundtable.

Exchange ideas about sales and marketing, management and operations, and finance, pricing, credit, and collections in breakout roundtables. Submit your biggest challenges in advance of the meeting. These will be presented to the group for troubleshooting. Remember, all of us together are smarter and more experienced than any of us separately.

Share an idea or a best practice you do exceptionally well. It could be promotional, a sales approach, an operational method, etc. Be prepared for a short 5 to 10 minute presentation and answer questions. Then we’ll vote for the best ideas. First place wins $125. Second place wins $50. Third place gets $25.

End at 3PM

Lunch, snacks, and the “social hour” will be provided as part of the seminar fee.

We’re happy to make hotel reservations for you. If you want to make reservations on your how, we request that you stay at the hotel hosting the meeting so you’ll get a free breakfast, free happy hour, and free airport shuttles. Also, we’ve negotiated a slightly better rate, so you will want to make sure you tell them you’re there for the Service Roundtable meeting.

$449 for one person (includes one month’s membership in the Service Roundtable!). Each additional person from the same company is only $199 (saves $200!)
