GHC Mechanical, Inc., Chicago, IL has signed a franchise agreement to become a Linc Service® Contractor. GHC Mechanical, Inc., which was founded in 1969 by Bob Geegan as the Geegan Heating Company, services the greater metropolitan Chicago area as a full-service design build HVAC contractor. It will begin selling Linc Service to its commercial market immediately.

TDIndustries, Dallas, TX, has named Tasos Banos to vice president of preconstruction in the company's Houston office.

TradeWinds Mechancial Services, Exeter, NH, is expanding into Ohio, West Virginia, and North Carolina. Sources say the move is a response to requests by current customers to have TradeWinds service their stores in those three states. TradeWinds provides HVACR services for multi-site commercial properties.

Prior to the expansion, TradeWinds' service area extended from Maine to Virginia, and west to Pennsylvania.

The Unified Group, Broadview, IL has welcomed W.L. Gary Company, Washington D.C., as its newest member. W.L. Gary Company, Inc. was founded in 1923. The family-owned and operated company provides mechanical contracting services to the Washington metropolitan area.
