Nibco Acquires Consolidated Plumbing

Nibco, Inc., Elkhart, IN, has purchased Consolidated Plumbing Industries (CPI), Knoxville, TN, makers of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) tubing.
CPI's primary customer base is in water distribution and radiant heating. Its brands include Dura-Pex tubing for the wholesale, retail and OEM markets, Push 'N go fittings, Basic Radiant, Dura-Pro metal insert fittings, and the Grand Slam Manifold.
Nibco manufactures flow control products for residential, commercial, industrial and irrigation markets.
