Aircuity’s CEO to Speak on the WELL Building Standard Relating to Laboratories
NEWTON, Mass., USA – Aircuity, "creator of measurably better environments," announced that its chief executive officer, Dan Diehl, will be giving a presentation on the WELL Building Standard and Supporting the Core Research Mission at the upcoming 2019 SLCan Sustainable Laboratory Conference.
The WELL Building Movement and focus on occupant health continues to grow across many different types of buildings, including labs. Aircuity has been given the privilege of presenting this topic at two of the largest conferences on sustainable labs this fall. Dan Diehl’s presentation includes an overview of the WELL Building Standard, a look at increasing productivity in labs through the environment, the economic benefits of turning your lab into a safety machine as well as projects designed specifically for WELL Certification.
The 2019 SLCan Sustainable Laboratory Conference takes place November 18-20 in Toronto, ON at the Beanfield Centre. Mr. Diehl’s keynote presentation called “WELL Lab Building Adoption – Better Environments - Supporting Your Core Research Mission” is on November 19th from 11:00 – 11:30 a.m. Following that, chairman and founder Gordon Sharp will host a session from 11:30 – 12:30 entitled, “Slashing Vivarium Energy Use With the Newly Issued CCAC Guidelines on Air Quality Monitoring & Control”.
