    Uber is the mobile phone based app that connects people who need to get somewhere with drivers of private vehicles. Uber has rocketed to success and holds lessons for residential HVAC contractors. Here are eleven.

    Uber is a venture-funded startup and transportation network company based in San Francisco, California, that makes mobile apps that connect passengers with drivers of vehicles for hire and ridesharing services. The company arranges pickups in dozens of cities around the world. Cars are reserved by sending a text message or by using a mobile app—the latter can also be used by customers to track their reserved car's location.

    Uber's mobile app launched in 2010 in San Francisco, on iPhones and Android phones. It's a very useful app which can be downloaded from the appropriate App stores (Itunes Store/Android Marketplace).

    Uber has rocketed to success and holds some very cool lessons for HVAC contractors.
