Hot Chicks

Aug. 30, 2013
Are you reading all you can to stay current with the latest trends in residential and commercial HVAC?

Internet surfing can take you to some interesting places. Case in point, I've read some blogs this week about caring for chickens in hot weather. Here's one that lists 17 ways to keep chickens cool and comfortable.

It's a great list. Obviously, poultry and egg farmers need to provide the utmost care for these animals, especially when you consider the link to the food industry.

Slick HVAC tie in: now how about you and your residential and commercial HVAC customers? Are you caring for their comfort needs as you should, if you expect to keep them as customers?

Each month, ContractingBusiness.com publishes articles and columns related to customer service, industry issues, or marketing. Among those authors are: Editorial Director Mike Weil, Matt Michel of the Service Roundtable, Charlie Greer, Vicki LaPlant, Garry Upton of Decision Analyst, Earl King, and Dominic Guarino of the National  Comfort Institute. (I've linked you to these authors' most recent columns.)
