Danfoss Acquires Aztec Energy Partners

Danfoss, Balitimore, MD has purchased Aztec Energy, Conyers, GA, a provider of energy management services to the food retail industry.
Aztec Energy was established in 2003, and has 33 employees. Aztec energy management services include project management, consulting, energy consumption and exception reporting, analysis, and corrective action services.
Aztec Energy Partners President, Anthony Tippins, will continue to lead the company after the acquisition.
