The Refrigeration Service Engineer Society, the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI), Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC) will co-sponsor the 2006 HVACR and Plumbing Instructor Workshop, to be held at the National Conference Center in Lansdowne, VA, April 5-7.

The HVACR and Plumbing Instructor Workshop will feature a number of sessions that cover the latest industry issues and instructional techniques. Additionally, instructors will have the opportunity to learn more about new and emerging technologies at manufacturer booths and during hands-on technology roundtable discussions.

“New technicians entering into this industry are only as knowledgeable as their instructors. It is only fitting that an event to educate instructors becomes an important part of RSES’ overall goal in providing opportunities to enhance technical competency within the industry,” explains Renee Tomlinson, RSES director of training and testing.

Those who should attend the 2006 Workshop include: HVACR and plumbing instructors, administrators, and counselors; HVACR and plumbing apprentice program instructors, administrators and advisory committee members; Council of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Educators; ACCA, PHCC, and RSES chapter leaders; and managers of company training programs

For additional information visit www.ari.org, or contact the ARI Education Training Department by phone, at 703/524-8800, or by fax, at 703/528-3816.
