Carrier Acquires Commercial Air Services

UTC Canada Corp., a unit of United Technologies Corp., has acquired Commercial Air Services, Inc., a St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada-based HVAC contractor specializing in the service and repair of commercial unitary equipment.
Commercial Air will operate under the Carrier Commercial Service brand effective immediately.
Commercial Air Services, was incorporated in 1996. It has 22 employees, and provides HVAC service in the St. Catharines/Niagara Falls area to a wide variety of customers, including manufacturers, schools, property management firms and municipalities.
