Baltimore Aircoil Company, Baltimore, MD, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of evaporative cooling and ice thermal storage heat transfer equipment, has announced a series of personnel changes related to its domestic and global operations.
— William O. “Bill” Rector has recently joined Baltimore Aircoil Company as vice president of engineering. Rector will continue the company’s history of innovative research and development as BAC moves into the future.
— Bruce Schehlein has been appointed director of materials, North America. Schehlein has more than 26 years of operational experience, and has served as plant manager for BAC’s Paxton, IL manufacturing plant for 13 years.
— Kenneth Dow is Baltimore Aircoil Company’s new chief of quality control. Dow will lead, direct, and implement BAC’s quality systems and improvements to set new industry standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
— John Lau is the new general manager, sales marketing of BAC Cooling Systems (BACCS), in Dalian, China. Lau is responsible for all sales and marketing activities for the Comfort Cooling segment of BAC’s China business. He manage the BAC sales offices in Beijing and Shanghai, and manage the network of independent sales representatives in Greater China, including Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
— Preston Blay is BAC’S new manager of sales, Latin America. Blay is responsible for growing BAC's business and strengthening its distribution in both Central and South America.
— Kaye Flamm has been named Baltimore Aircoil’s director of manufacturing systems. Flamm is responsible for optimizing all information flow processes that effect BAC manufacturing operations, including engineering, customer service, and warranty services.
