The Office Properties division of The Irvine Company has contracted with Linc Facility Services, LLC. Linc company for operations and maintenance services for buildings located in the Irvine Spectrum, a 5,000-acre center for research, technology, and businesses in Orange County, CA.
Linc Facility Services will provide services for all HVAC, electrical distribution systems, back-up power systems, and fire protection and safety systems, and will incorporate Linc wireless handheld technology into the facilities operations.
