SMACNA Arizona Names Jim Dinan Board President

Dinan is president, CEO, and owner of Bel-Aire Mechanical, Phoenix, AZ.

Jim Dinan, president/CEO/owner of Bel-Aire Mechanical, Inc., Phoenix, AZ, has been named 2012 president of the Sheet Metal Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA) Arizona Chapter board of trustees.

Dinan has been involved in the HVAC industry for 34 years. His experience includes all types of mechanical construction: industrial, institutional, commercial, mission critical and hospital/healthcare.

As president and chief executive officer of Bel-Aire Mechanical, Dinan handles corporate administration, corporate marketing, client development, contract administration, design development, senior consulting and preconstruction administration.

He will serve a one-year term.

Darrell Fox of Dynamic Systems, Inc., Allen Hendrix of Able Balance, and Nick Ganem of Johnson Controls are also trustees.

The union contractors who comprise the SMACNA Arizona chapter are dedicated to progressive actions that improve both the trade and the construction industry.
