Flanders Precisionaire, St. Petersburg, FL, reported that fire destroyed its Bartow, FL manufacturing facility the evening of July 10.
Patti Ellingson, director of wholesale and national accounts, in a letter to customers, said the company is doing everything possible to minimize delivery delays.
According to Ellingson, Flanders Precisionaire has transferred existing orders to one of its three North Carolina facilities for immediate manufacturing, and has boosted capacity.
“Our North Carolina facilities will absorb the added demand of the Florida and Southeast region by adding an additional manufacturing shift at all three locations, and with over a million square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space just off of the I-95 corridor, we are still able to ship anywhere our Bartow facility serviced within one day. It is times like this when Flanders Precisionaire’s strategic geographic coverage allows us to continue to provide you product directly, with little to no interruption in service,” Ellingson wrote.
