The National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers (NAOHSM) is holding a seminar that focuses on the many responsibilities of service managers.

According to NAOHSM, The seminar will especially benefit companies who are considering promoting their best technician to service manager. This seminar provides the tools to appreciate what is required of a service manager, and educational materials to help fulfill that role.

Over the course of two full days, the attendees will be trained on gross profit planning, service agreements, business plans, customer relations, job descriptions, and tasks of the service manager.

This course is offered July 23-24 at the Armonk Ramada Inn, Armonk (Westchester) NY, and July 30-31 at the Best Western Inn, Manchester, NH.
