Hunton Distribution Breaks New Ground

Hunton Distribution, Houston, TX, recently broke ground for a 111,000 sq.ft. headquarters and distribution center, that will use guidelines from Leading in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
GRA-Gulf Coast construction has been named Design/Build general contractor for the facility.
"We believe in LEED buildings, and have built our businesses around providing customers with optimally efficient solutions. So it's only fitting that Hunton Distribution's new headquarters and state-of-the-art distribution center has LEED accreditation," says R.O. Hunton, CEO of The Hunton Group.
TNRG Designs is the designer. C-Airs Mechanical will handle all mechanical work. Reihl Engineering will serve as LEED consultant and commissioning agent.
The project is slated for completion in fall 2008.
